 This photograph displays the spirit of Iosco well because it shows Huron National Forest, in which the majority of Iosco County is in. It also shows a popular tourist site which most of the towns in Iosco depend on. Finally it shows the beautiful colors that everyone who lives here enjoys looking at.

 I believe this picture represents the beauty of Gods nature and sunsets reflecting off the lakes in Iosco County, along with Tawas’s lighthouse reflecting one of the great places to visit in the area. I love to capture boats and seagull’s in my shots as they both represent activities and nature. As a photographer this is why I take the two hour drive, knowing that there is always a beautiful picture awaiting me.

 When you come to Iosco County the first “Slice of Life” that comes to mind is the abundance of locales available for serene relaxation. Whether it is fishing with loved ones at sunset or relaxing on the rocky shore of the AuSable River watching the fish jump out of the river to catch the flies you cannot help but relax when you take in that first deep Iosco County air.
